One of the minhogim for yud shvat is to send a pan to the Rebbe, 

Iyh there will be papers for panim available in shul, and an envelope by the rovs shtender, you can leave the panim in the envelope until 930 PM Tuesday night (by the farbrangen). And iyh the rov will bring your pan to the ohel on yud shvat. (The panim will not be read at the ohel).

This gives the opportunity to both write the pan on yud shvat, and for the pan to be brought to the ohel on yud shvat.

As you may be aware, members of the kollel visited us today to share information about the campaign beginning tonight. 

The kollel holds a significant place in our community, and our strong connection with it is a source of pride. Three generations of the Raichik family have/are learning there, and our own participation in the kollel's learning further strengthens these ties.

While the importance of the kollel to our community is clear, I would like to share an additional, more personal reason for supporting this campaign.
