Below is a letter we received as feedback from the event:
I was pleasantly surprised, and very impressed by both the presentation and comments of Rabbi Segal, producer and director of a wonderful movie about communication. The sensitive portrayal of a young boy’s loneliness, his struggle to be heard, and the ultimate redemption of all is more than a story. It’s a reality shared by all of us. At one time or another, we too, have struggled to be heard, and in the same vein, to listen to the needs of the other. Rabbi Segal’s retelling of his desire to fill a void, to address a need in not just the frum community, but in the world at large had just enough science for those who cared, and more than enough heart-felt emotion to make you sit up and take notice. I cried, and laughed, and altogether felt changed. I literally went home and hugged my children. Bravo.
